Chairman's Message

I believe that all the significant achievement in the global world start with a small step. Godholi Real Estate Ltd began a small step on September 14, 2018, where some hardworking, visionary men started to build apartment projects by acquiring land from individual and joint ownership located at Khan Para, Gowaltek, TSS Colony of DNCC ward number 47 and 50, under Dakkinkhan Police Station and also Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Since then, through hard work, determination and most importantly, building trust and goodwill, our company has grown to become a major player in the real estate construction industry in Dhaka. As I was entrusted with the top management responsibility of the company, I continued to be inspired by the same vision and guiding principles.

I also recognized the need to modernize the real estate business and achieve growth by diversifying its activities in the areas of real estate development. We, at Godholi Real Estate Ltd, are well-positioned and committed to delivering satisfaction to our valued clients and land givers.

We are constantly looking for opportunities for growth and investing in activities that add value to our shareholders, customers, partners, and employees. Finally, thanks to Almighty Allah for His blessings and guidance and for making our vision, mission, and values a reality.
